Ari brings a rare blend of courtroom success and hands-on EMS driving expertise. His dual background allows him to analyze emergency driving incidents with both legal precision and operational insight.
Litigation and Court Experience
Ari successfully litigated cases involving emergency lights and sirens, including a landmark 2009 trial verdict against the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. He has also served as Judge Pro Tem with the Los Angeles County Superior Court, presiding over hundreds of traffic cases.
EMS Experience
With over 24 years of EMS experience, both as EMT & Paramedic, Ari has firsthand experience navigating medical emergency's & high-risk driving scenarios safely and effectively. He has trained dozens of EMTs and paramedics, reviewing hundreds of dash camera footage to identify errors and improve safety.
